I know that there's a scene where Hiro can top the guy who invites him to screw in an alley. Is there a threshold for the "top" stat that needs to be achieved before that can be accessed? I can't seem to access the scene again.

Besides one little scene when you enter the Brothel for the first time after sending Kylira there, it seems like doing that doesn't result in anything: you can't buy him or interact with him further. Is this intentional, or is something planned for them, or am I missing how to interact with him?
